At University Health , our Radiologic Technologists play a critical role in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate diagnostic care to our diverse patient community. Whether in trauma, outpatient, or routine diagnostics, your skill in medical imaging directly supports life-saving clinical decisions.

Your Role:

As a Radiologic Technologist , you will:

+ Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art radiologic equipment

+ Ensure image quality and patient comfort during every procedure

+ Complete all aspects of exam workflow including room prep, patient positioning, and documentation

+ Communicate clearly with patients and staff to explain procedures and address concerns

+ Work under the guidance of lead technologists and supervisors, with growing autonomy over time

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

+ Registry-eligible or registered with ARRT ; must pass certification within 6 months of graduation

+ Maintain CPR certification as a condition of continued employment

+ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in patient movement

+ Proficiency with computer systems for image and patient data entry

+ Ability to work with patients of all ages

Career Advancement:

Technologists are encouraged to pursue advanced certification and may be eligible for promotion to Senior Specialized Technologist after achieving credentials in:

+ CT (Computed Tomography)

+ MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
