Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound Vascular Job Type Contract Skilled vascular sonographers are invited to provide essential imaging services on an 8-week contract in a dynamic hospital environment. Utilizing advanced ultrasound technology, you will play a key role in patient care for individuals requiring vascular studies.
Schedule & Hours:
8-week contract duration 40 guaranteed hours per week Day shift: 5x8s with staggered start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Rotating call duties:
1 night per week, 1 weekend per month
Qualifications:
Active ARDMS credential required Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current licensure to practice in the state of Mississippi Demonstrated expertise in vascular ultrasound imaging and diagnostic procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams, including both scheduled and emergent studies Accurately document and interpret findings for review by physicians Support patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process Work collaboratively with other technologists and clinical staff Adhere strictly to hospital protocols and quality assurance guidelines Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
