Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Travel Nestled just outside bustling Charlotte, Huntersville, NC, offers a perfect blend of scenic Southern charm and vibrant urban amenities. Embarking on a travel assignment here means more than developing your ultrasound skills—it's a chance to immerse yourself in a lively community known for friendly locals, pristine parks, and lakeside adventures. Professionals on assignment in Huntersville experience an array of leadership approaches and hospital best practices, ensuring valuable professional growth. You'll build a distinctive resume while exploring new clinical settings—and there's ample opportunity to enjoy hiking, restaurants, and artsy neighborhoods during downtime.
Schedule & Shift Details:
12-hour night shifts: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am 36 hours per week Weekend rotation scheduling discussed in final manager interview (dependent on staffing) Holiday coverage required for 75% of holidays No on-call or call-back requirements
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in General Ultrasound as a Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech Valid, current credentials as required by state/local guidelines Flexibility for supporting ultrasound needs at affiliated Free Standing Emergency Departments during night shifts Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively in varied clinical settings Strong communication and patient-care skills

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and provide accurate imaging results Support cross-functional teams and adapt to workflow changes Float between locations during night shifts, providing essential imaging support as needed Contribute to patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion Maintain thorough documentation and follow safety protocols
