Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled Ultrasound Technician with a focus on vascular imaging to provide high-quality diagnostic services. This contract position offers the chance to work with patients who primarily present with peripheral vascular disease, with support for both first-time travelers and local professionals.
Schedule:
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 13-week contract
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Imaging - Echo and Echo Tech functions
Certification:
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)— required Must possess at least one RDMS registry: Abdomen or OB/GYN (CCI RVS accepted) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required No state licensure needed Experience with peripheral vascular disease patients preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vascular ultrasound examinations on diverse patient populations Document and interpret results, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team Maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and comfort for each patient Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to scanning protocols and infection control standards Adapt workflows according to patient needs and daily caseload
