Qualifications and Experience:
Registered or registry-eligible in echocardiography (RDCS, RCS, or CCI preferred) Demonstrated proficiency in performing adult echocardiograms and related diagnostic procedures Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, ultrasound physics, and sonographic equipment Previous experience as an Echo Tech in a hospital or clinical environment Excellent communication abilities with patients and medical staff Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and high attention to detailKey Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms and assist in various imaging procedures as required Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and report findings Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment Explain procedures and provide reassurance to patients throughout their imaging experience Adhere to established protocols and safety standards in all aspects of patient care Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines Working in this role, you will have an opportunity to advance your career in a respected healthcare environment known for its commitment to superior patient outcomes.
