Qualifications & Experience:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting preferred. Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and adapting therapy to diverse student needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families. Ability to manage a consistent caseload across PreK through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals. Collaborate with physical therapists, teachers, and other school staff to develop and implement effective interventions. Maintain accurate records on student progress and document therapy sessions. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success.
