Job Description
Non-Invasive Ultrasound Technologist 4 Bryan Health United States, Nebraska, Grand Island 3533 Prairieview Street (Show on map) Aug 20, 2026 Performs electrocardiography procedures, exercise stress testing, nuclear stress testing, ambulatory monitoring, cardiac and vascular ultrasound/imaging and other specialties of ultrasound for diagnostic purposes at Bryan Medical Center.. 1.
- Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values. 2.
- Competently performs diagnostic electrocardiograms, holter monitor applications and adult cardiac ultrasounds (Stress Echo and Transesophageal) and vascular ultrasound/imaging and ultrasound specialties in accordance with established departmental procedures. 3.
- Performs quantitative calculations from data obtained and records preliminary impression where applicable. 4.
- Provides the reading physician with adequate diagnostic information necessary to generate final report; notifies physician if results require immediate attention. 5.
- Performs routine equipment maintenance and departmental maintenance including cleaning, disinfection and use of appropriate solutions. 6.
- Transports patient and/or equipment, alone or with assistance, in bed, wheeled cart or wheel chair to designated area. 7.
- Assists with holding venous and arterial pressure to achieve hemostasis. 8.
- Accesses and administers drugs and biologicals that are pertinent to essential job functions in accordance with Medical Center procedures.
