Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Take the next step in your imaging career with an opportunity focused on providing exceptional patient care as an Ultrasound Technologist. Work on a 20-week contract, where your expertise will play a crucial role in diagnostic imaging.
Schedule:
4x10 hour shifts: Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Call rotation required
Qualifications:
Current ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Proficient in general ultrasound procedures Strong attention to detail and a compassionate patient care approach Previous experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and protocols Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to interpret sonographic findings and ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards at all times Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Respond promptly to call rotation requirements as needed Communicate effectively with patients, offering support and clear explanations regarding procedures
