Your Responsibilities:
Perform a full-range of vascular ultrasound studies to include carotid, venous, arterial, ABI, and other vascular exams while following established protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure optimal imaging and exceptional patient experience. Obtain a thorough patient history and present key findings to the interpreting physician. Assist with ACR and IAC accreditation processes. Conduct work in a sterile environment based on established protocols and client processes. Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment safely, ensuring routine maintenance is up-to-date and immediately reporting any malfunctions or concerns. Participate in quality assessment and process improvement initiatives to ensure continuous quality improvement of care. Travel to assigned client locations in a safe manner. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Active RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) Certification Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound program 2 years of Vascular Ultrasound experience Demonstrated proficiency in cerebrovascular, venous insufficiency, and arterial imaging. Experience in procedures a plus. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Ability to push/pull heavy medical equipment.
Valid Driver's License Working Conditions:
Work is performed at outpatient testing centers, hospitals, clinics, and/or physician office settings with moderate to high patient volume. Sonographers must travel in all weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for periods of time. Walking, stooping, turning, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Performance of clinical job duties has a reasonable anticipated risk factor of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens or other infectious materials.
