As a Registered Vascular Technologist, you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic and procedural care. This position is well suited to someone who values accuracy, works confidently in a clinical setting, and enjoys partnering closely with physicians and care teams to help deliver high-quality vascular services.
Job Details:
Locations:
Passaic, Paramus, Orange, and Union City Schedule:
5 days in between Sunday-Friday (8-6pm)
Compensation:
$38-$48/hr Paid training Responsibilities Perform vascular ultrasound exams, including DVT rule-outs, insufficiency studies, and arterial exams Work directly with vascular patients in a clinical setting Assist with RFA, laser ablation, sclerotherapy, Clarivein, and Venaseal procedures using real-time ultrasound guidance for vein mapping, access, catheter positioning, and closure confirmation Work collaboratively with physicians to explain the examination results and proposed treatment options to patients Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies before and after each patient Requirements Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program. Recent vascular scanning experience within the past 6 months. Experience working directly with vascular patients in a clinical setting. RVT or RVS certification, or the ability to schedule the exam before receiving an offer. Proficiency in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating with physicians during procedures. Ability to perform scans while patients are standing.
