Shift Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM EST How many shifts needed per month: ~20 22 shifts/month (2,080 hrs/yr) Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 to 8 weeks

Certifications:

RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) from

ARDMS RVT

(Registered Vascular Technologist) from

ARDMS BLS

(Basic Life Support) Experience needed: 3+ years of experience on advanced modality (sonography) Special Skills needed: Abdomen and retroperitoneum, small parts, gynecology, male pelvis, obstetrics Vascular imaging: upper/lower extremity venous, carotid, ABI/segmental pressures, aorta, renal artery, lower extremity arterial (including stents/bypasses) Breast sonography and breast biopsies Preferred equipment experience: Philips EPIQ 7,

Hologic, Siemens Responsibilities:

Perform ultrasound exams per protocol; patient prep/positioning/education QC of images; monitor patient for adverse reaction during exam Record findings and log data into patient information systems Document delayed/pending cases in CPRS with plan for completion Prepare digital images for radiologist review via PACS Participate in QI and staff meetings Prime Physicians is a physician-led, The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited, ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
