Responsibilities include:
Performing high-quality general ultrasound examinations with precision, ensuring optimal image capture for diagnostic purposes. Interacting compassionately and professionally with patients, providing clear explanations and comfort throughout the imaging process. Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and recommend additional views if necessary. Maintaining strict compliance with safety, privacy, and infection control protocols. Documenting findings accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications:
Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent). Proven proficiency in General Ultrasound imaging techniques and procedures. At least one year of recent, relevant experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
