Key Responsibilities:
Perform general diagnostic ultrasound examinations for patients of all ages. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring image quality and patient safety. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results. Properly document imaging procedures and maintain records in compliance with facility policies. Foster a patient-centered environment, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the procedure.
Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent). Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging techniques. At least one year of clinical experience in an imaging position (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to new teams or protocols.
