The Sonographer provides clinical services, ensuring safe, compassionate, mission-aligned care in both clinic and mobile settings. This position maintains compliance with applicable standards, and helps ensure that patients receive professional, compassionate, and confidential care. Duties Provide pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing, and STI treatment. Provide patient pregnancy education and referrals. Document clinical findings, observations, and medical care in client record. Review any clinical findings indicating concern for viability of pregnancy or health of the mother with the Clinic Manager or Medical Director. Comply with continuing education requirements for state and professional licensing and continuing education requirements, as well as CPR certification. Educate patients about procedures, answer questions clearly, and provide compassionate care throughout the imaging process. Skills Current, unrestricted nursing license or RDMS license in the State of Ohio Willingness to learn how to perform ultrasounds (training provided), based on NIFLA and Care-Net guidelines Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients. Must demonstrate a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and caring approach Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace Previous pregnancy center experience is helpful Embark on a rewarding career that combines technical expertise with compassionate patient care!
