Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in echocardiography to a dynamic healthcare environment where high standards of patient care are valued. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference through advanced cardiac imaging.
Schedule:
13-week contract Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm No weekends or on-call requirements
Qualifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Registered with either ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) Demonstrated proficiency in echocardiography techniques and use of imaging equipment Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care Previous experience as an Echo Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms in accordance with established protocols Provide accurate data and images to assist physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions Prepare patients for procedures and explain testing processes Maintain and calibrate ultrasound/echo equipment Document all procedures and patient interactions in the electronic medical record system Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
