Work Schedule:

Rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night hours. Rotating on-call, weekend, and holiday hours. Limited, if any, travel to Children's satellite and Express Care locations. New and soon-to-be Radiography graduates (Radiology, Diagnostic, X-Ray) are encouraged to apply - we will train ! Responsibilities:

Properly identifies all patients by using two patient identifiers. Reviews patient history, assesses physician orders, and documents patient history in electronic record, as required. Administers PO/enteral and rectal contrast per physician orders. Ensure exams are coded, tracked, networked, and charged correctly. Performs diagnostic radiography and other procedures utilizing established protocols/procedures. Utilizes complex imaging equipment for the acquisition, analysis, and documentation of image data. Interacts with patients and co-workers with care, dignity, and respect. Demonstrates the ability to communicate instructions to patients in a clear and concise manner and explain procedures to help allay the patient's fears and solicit their cooperation.
