This position offers a contract opportunity in a dynamic and supportive clinical environment, collaborating closely with an experienced healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms on patients, including 2D and Doppler studies Accurately prepare and position patients for imaging procedures Collaborate with physicians to review imaging results and support patient diagnosis Maintain imaging equipment and follow all protocols for patient safety and infection control Properly document procedures and maintain accurate patient records Provide compassionate care while explaining procedures clearly to patients and families
Qualifications:
Credentialed as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent Demonstrated experience with adult echocardiography and imaging technologies Proficient in current echo protocols and guidelines Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Commitment to high standards of patient confidentiality and professionalism Positive communication and teamwork abilities You'll be valued for your technical proficiency, thoroughness, and dedication to both patient outcomes and high-quality imaging.
