Job Description
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL BETWEEN LOCATIONS IN CONROE, HUNTSVILLE AND SHENANDOAH EDUCATION REQUIRED
: High School Diploma. Graduate of an approved Ultrasound School. ARDMS or ARRT registered (must be registered within one year of employment).PREFERRED
: Bachelor in Science from a JRCERT program in Diagnostic Imaging or Radiologic Technology.EXPERIENCE
One (1) year ultrasound experience. Functional knowledge of Doppler/extremity, abdominal, and other general scans. X-ray technology background preferred. Must be able to independently perform multitude of exams using a standard protocol.REQUIRED LICENSURE & CERTIFICATION
- Medical Radiologic Technologist license (MRT) from the Texas Department of State Health Services
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or ARDMS in sonography credentials.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / CPR through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
