Header Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Mobile Ultrasound Technologist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services directly to patients in various clinical settings. Your expertise will support maternal-fetal medicine, gynecology, breast ultrasound, and women's health diagnostics, ensuring comprehensive care for diverse patient populations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical proficiency with compassionate patient care, all while working in a flexible, mobile environment that promotes accessibility and convenience. Header Responsibilities Operate advanced medical imaging equipment to perform ultrasound examinations including prenatal, gynecological, abdominal, breast, vascular, and echocardiography if appiclable procedures with precision and care. Accurately interpret and document imaging results within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems and ensure images are properly stored in picture archiving and communication systems (PACS). Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide detailed imaging insights that support diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain strict aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control standards are upheld. Educate patients about ultrasound procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process. Troubleshoot and operate various types of medical imaging equipment, adjusting settings for optimal image quality based on physiology knowledge and anatomy understanding. Adhere to all safety protocols related to medical imaging, including radiation safety and patient privacy regulations. Header Experience Proven experience performing diverse ultrasound examinations such as gynecological ultrasound, women's health diagnostics, vascular ultrasound imaging, prenatal ultrasound, and echocardiography. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology relevant to obstetrics, gynecology, cardiology, and vascular diagnostics. Demonstrated ability to operate sonography equipment effectively within a fast-paced clinical environment. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and picture archiving communication systems (PACS) for seamless documentation and image management. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers. Prior experience working in maternal-fetal medicine or women's health settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.
