1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Travel Sonographer requiring both RDMS (AB or OB) and RVT/RVS certification for a 13-week assignment. Details General Ultrasound and Vascular Ultrasound department within a 196-bed hospital Day shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Night shift coverage handled via on-call from 11 PM to 7 AM Rotating on-call requirement shared among 7 sonographers Must be able to float between General Ultrasound and Vascular Ultrasound Uses GE Logiq e10, Parks Flo Lab, and Trophon2 equipment

systems include Meditech and GE Centricity PACS Requirements RDMS (AB or OB) and RVT (VT) or RVS certification from CCI required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of experience required Experience with Vascular, Pedi, General, Procedural, Small Parts, and OR settings preferred Must perform abdominal, obstetric, vascular, biopsy, and NICU neuro sonography procedures License required if applicable US SSN and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri) No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months Additional Information Perform a wide range of procedures including abdomen, 1st and 2nd trimester pregnancy, biophysical profiles, venous/arterial/graft studies, segmental pressure testing, biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, testicular ultrasound, and NICU neuro sono heads Support surgical cases and perform high-level disinfection for intra-cavitary probes Join a team of 7 sonographers with shared on-call responsibilities Candidates must be positive, dependable, reliable, and strong communicators Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius
