Ultrasound Technologist, Registered Performs ultrasound scans using real-time high frequency ultrasonic waves and high technology equipment, ensures that quality patient care is provided.
Qualifications :
A.
Education:
Must be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in diagnostic ultrasonography. Current BLS certification. C.
Job Knowledge:
This position requires initiative and independent judgment. Person must be able to perform exams independently, quickly and accurately.
Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
A. Occasionally required to lift and position patients for procedures. B. Possible hazardous exposure to infectious diseases or radiation exposure
