Responsibilities Perform detailed maternal-fetal ultrasound exams including high-risk obstetric studies per physician orders and protocols. Acquire, analyze, and document high-quality images and measurements to support accurate maternal-fetal medicine diagnosis and care plans. Collaborate closely with MFM physicians, nurses, and genetic counselors in a team-based, patient-centered environment. Educate and support patients and families, explaining procedures and maintaining a compassionate, reassuring presence. Ensure safe operation, quality control, and routine maintenance of ultrasound equipment and work areas. Accurately document findings in the electronic health record, adhering to regulatory, safety, and privacy standards.
