Responsibilities Perform general diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to physician orders Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and safety Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging Recognize and document normal and abnormal sonographic findings Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA and safety standards Adapt quickly to new clinical environments as part of a travel assignment Provide patient-centered, culturally competent care in diverse settings Required Skills Abdominal ultrasound OB/GYN ultrasound Vascular ultrasound basics Patient positioning and preparation Sonographic image optimization Doppler imaging Anatomy and physiology PACS and EMR documentation Infection control procedures Patient communication
