Shift:

12-hour rotating (Day/Night) with weekend on-call Start date: 10/05/2026 Work setting: Hospital travel assignment; pediatric echocardiography focus Responsibilities Perform pediatric echocardiography exams, including specialized imaging for congenital heart disease, with emphasis on image quality and accurate measurements. Independently scan in critical care environments (neonatal ICU, pediatric ICU) while applying family-centered care principles. Document findings and enter results into the electronic medical record (EPIC) and communicate with the pediatric cardiology team. Maintain equipment, quality control, and infection control standards; prepare and position patients and families for imaging sessions. Collaborate with the pediatric cardiology team to interpret studies and ensure timely reporting; assist with fetal echocardiography when applicable. Participate in on-call weekend coverage as scheduled, maintaining prompt response and on-site arrival within 30 minutes of call. Requirements ARDMS or CCI credential in pediatric echocardiography (RDCS-PE or RCS-PE) required. Minimum of 3 years of independent pediatric echocardiography experience.

EPIC EMR

experience within the past 2 years required. BLS certification; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (or equivalency) required. Must be able to work in a hospital setting, including neonatal and pediatric ICU environments, with the ability to participate in weekend on-call rotations. Current ultrasound license/credential as required by the state and facility.
