Join the South Sound Radiology team in Olympia, Washington. Join our highly skilled outpatient team, where you'll perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures using independent judgment, critical thinking, and clinical expertise to provide high-quality imaging. One year of experience as an independent sonographer required, excluding intern/extern work.

$43.72 - $54.65 - $68.31/hourly (depending on experience & qualifications)

Position Summary:

✅ Properly performs imaging to facility and ACR standards ✅ Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging ✅ Assists radiologist with specialized procedures ✅ Prepares sterile trays ✅ Appropriately protocols and screens all orders in advance of appointments for precautions or contraindications ✅ Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner ✅ Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health and safety standards ✅ Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/scope and requires assistance

Qualifications and Requirements:

✅ Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Program- required ✅ Active ARDMS registry ✅ Current certification in a healthcare provider BLS/CPR ✅ One year of experience as an independent monographer
