deliver high-quality imaging services while bringing compassionate care directly to the communities that need it most. We're looking for a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll provide diagnostic ultrasound services to rural hospitals and clinics throughout the St. Croix Valley Area, helping patients receive quality imaging services close to home. What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including general, abdominal, pelvic, vascular, and small parts imaging. Perform OB/GYN ultrasound exams, including first, second, and third trimester studies (OB experience preferred). Ensure patient comfort and safety while explaining procedures with compassion and professionalism. Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnosis and quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with all regulatory and facility requirements. Maintain equipment and uphold quality assurance standards. Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols. Stay current with advances in ultrasound technology and imaging practices. Support a positive patient experience through excellent communication and compassionate care.
Qualifications:
Registered or registry-eligible Ultrasound Technologist. ARDMS certification required (such as RDMS and/or RVT), or ARRT (Sonography) certification preferred. Current BLS certification required. Strong understanding of ultrasound principles, anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Previous ultrasound experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. OB/GYN ultrasound experience preferred. Experience performing a variety of ultrasound examinations, including general, vascular, and/or small parts imaging. Understanding of infection prevention and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality diagnostic images. Why You'll Love Working at
