Job Description

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who are looking for quality inspectors. Travel may be required to go to other job locations. Candidates will receive a gas milage reimbursement when traveling to the other locations.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Shift:
6:30a to 4:30p
Mon-Thu Duties:
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to take accurate measurements Quality checks on motors Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions Cleaning metal, checking seals, and checking for bubbles
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, or in a similar role preferred but not required Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data Knowledge of quality control principles and practices Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills, both verbal and written #2764SCF
