Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Sonographer Position Summary:

Performs complete diagnostic imaging tests/ultrasound studies inclusive of positioning patient, calibration of equipment, and documentation of findings.

EDUCATION

Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound program or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year hospital experience preferred. Registered ARRT(R) preferred. Experienced in non-invasive vascular and echocardiography exams preferred.

CREDENTIALS

Must be ARDMS registered or obtain within one year of hire. Will cross-train in Echo/Stress Echo. Will cross-train in non-invasive vascular exams. Must be BLS certified within 60 days of hire and must maintain certification throughout employment with IMH. #
