A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

- Surgery-forward workflow with concentrated morning surgery blocks and 30-minute appointment scheduling
- Full-service facility with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house and send-out diagnostics, endoscopy, and a dedicated surgery suite
- AI scribe technology being rolled out to reduce administrative burden across the group
- Adjacent ER for easy urgent case referrals, keeping GP caseload focused
- Four-day weekday schedule plus every other Saturday morning
- Experienced, cross-trained support team with a strong DVM-to-tech ratio
About You :
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- Hold or be eligible for a Veterinary State License in Arkansas
- Comfortable with soft tissue surgery, routine spay and neuter, dentistry, and general wellness
- Confident managing a 30-minute appointment schedule and a varied GP caseload
- Positive, team-oriented, and genuinely invested in contributing to a strong clinic culture
- Strong communicator who builds lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Benefits:
- Base salary $90,000 to $125,000 with 21% production and no negative accrual
- Strong earning potential of up to approximately $175,000 annually
