  • Provide small-animal general practice care with a focus on wellness, prevention, and client education
  • Perform dentistry supported by dental radiography; manage cleanings, periodontal care, and extractions as appropriate
  • Conduct soft-tissue surgeries (e.g., spay/neuter, mass removals) with the opportunity to expand surgical skills
  • Triage and manage urgent care cases during clinic hours, coordinating with external ER partners when needed
  • Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, and ultrasound to work up cases efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with RVTs and support staff; mentor and be mentored in a team-oriented setting
  • Maintain thorough medical records and contribute to quality-improvement and standards-based protocols Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
