We are working on behalf of a well-established, community-rooted small animal hospital in Monrovia, CA that is looking to welcome an experienced Associate Veterinarian to its busy 3-doctor team. This is a supportive, well-resourced practice with a dedicated team of Registered Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Client Support Specialists, all focused on delivering exceptional care to the dogs and cats of the surrounding community. Having proudly served Monrovia for decades, the hospital is known for its tailored treatment plans and genuinely caring service. The 3,800 sq ft facility houses 6 exam rooms and is equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, digital dental, and laser therapy, giving doctors the tools to practice confident, high-quality medicine across a varied case mix of wellness, surgery, dentistry, and sick pet visits. With a strong 3:1 support staff ratio and around 14+ patients seen daily, doctors are well-resourced without feeling stretched thin.
