Job Description

Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Rolling Hills Estates, CA, that is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to its five-doctor team. This is a close-knit, collaborative practice where doctors support each other clinically and share the caseload without feeling stretched thin. The hospital is open Monday through Saturday, and the team works a four-day, ten-hour shift schedule, giving doctors three full days off every week. Saturday coverage is shared fairly, with each doctor only picking up one Saturday shift every five weeks. This is a practice that values quality medicine, a manageable pace, and genuine work life balance for its doctors.
