A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Our Facility:
Located in the heart of Orange County, our recently remodeled hospital features four exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, digital radiology, ultrasound, dentistry, and boarding for both cats and dogs. We are a paperless practice serving a 100% small animal caseload, averaging just 10-15 appointments per doctor each day with 30-minute appointment times. Our team also takes pride in offering advanced surgical procedures and supporting local rescue organizations, including Lab Rescue, Shar-Pei Rescue, and Southpaws.
Our Schedule:
Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts (4/10s), including one dedicated surgery day each week. There are no after-hours or on-call responsibilities , allowing you to focus on practicing great medicine while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. You'll also be supported by a 1.5 technician-to-doctor ratio and an experienced RVT on staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive ProSal compensation package with no negative accrual , a salary range of $120,000-$150,000 for a 40-hour work week (4/10s), plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus (DOE) .
