We are a busy, fun, independently owned small animal practice. Our practice has excellent relationships with our local shelters and referral centers, and we enjoy being involved in our community. We look forward to finding our next exceptional team member! We are looking for someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a healthy sense of humor. Applicants should be excited to see general wellness and illness appointments, as well as perform general soft tissue surgery, general dentistry, and work up internal medicine cases. After-hours emergencies are referred to local 24-hour specialty emergency hospitals. Our practice is well-equipped, including: digital general and dental radiography ultrasonography full surgical suite with state-of-the-art anesthesia monitoring equipment laparoscopy with LigaSure® technology in-house laboratory equipment including IDEXX® Chemistry and CBC analyzers, SNAP readers, InVue cytology and SediVue urinalysis systems We currently have four full-time veterinarians and a knowledgeable staff of certified veterinary technicians and assistants. We have a board-certified radiologist who visits weekly for radiograph review and ultrasound appointments, as well as a board-certified surgeon who visits for orthopedic and other more complicated surgeries as needed.
We offer full-time veterinarians:
a rotating schedule with a four-day work week, including some Saturdays two weeks of vacation annually base salary (commensurate with experience) plus production bonus (no negative accrual) paid quarterly platinum-level health insurance with premiums covered 80%, fully covered short-term disability insurance and basic life insurance
