Required DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary program 2-3 years of clinical experience Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as digital radiology (full body & dental) and in-house laboratory equipment Willingness to perform at least basic routine surgery (and interest in continuing to grow surgical skills) Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset New graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Expanded soft tissue surgery, advanced dentistry interests, or broader case experience Experience with exotic pets (bonus, not required) Interest in expanding surgical skills and learning integrative or holistic approaches Active FL license

Compensation:

$120k-$160k with
