- Delray Beach, FL An animal veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team.
This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high-quality medicine, managing complex medical and surgical cases, and providing exceptional care in a modern, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for companion animal patients. Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions while developing individualized treatment plans. Provide preventive, medical, dental, and surgical care. Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgical procedures, including the management of complex medical cases. Educate pet owners on treatment options, preventive healthcare, and long-term wellness. Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records while ensuring compliance with veterinary standards and regulations. Mentor and support veterinary team members while participating in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice. Several years of experience in companion animal general practice preferred. Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
