What We Offer $150,000 Guaranteed Base Salary for Full Time Part Time pay prorated by the day ProSal Compensation Model 4-Day Work Week

Required:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited veterinary school Eligible for or currently licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Florida Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care and client service
Preferred:
Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in surgery, dentistry, and general practice medicine Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate New Graduates Encouraged to Apply Mentorship and professional development opportunities are available for veterinarians seeking guidance as they begin their careers.
