Responsibilities Provide exceptional medical and surgical care for companion animals. Build meaningful relationships with clients through trust and communication. Collaborate with a skilled and motivated clinical team. Manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and attention to detail. Support the ongoing growth and development of the team. Compensation Compensation begins at $115k annually for DVMs with less than 1 year experience with increased compensation based on experience level. Benefits All DVMs are offered PTO, fully funded clinic health insurance (UHC), 401k with 4% matching and reimbursement for continuing education, licensing fees, and dues. Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. Current Florida Veterinary and USDA License. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
