What we actually pay — real numbers, not "DOE" $160,000 base salary floor — your guaranteed minimum, not a teaser. 23% of professional services / 10% of products, as a greater-of recoverable draw, reconciled quarterly with no negative accrual — a strong quarter is yours to keep; a slow one never claws back. Our doctors typically produce $1M+, so realistic cash is ~$200,000. We'll show you actual earnings from our current doctors — we'd rather prove it than promise it. Up to ~$24,000/yr in flexible benefits: health insurance, student-loan assistance, CE, license/DEA/PLIT, dues, cell phone. Paid vacation plus five dedicated CE days. All in, total rewards land around ~$225,000/year for an established doctor. Why our pay is different Most production models quietly reward selling product and volume. Ours rewards medicine — exams, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics — at the highest rate, and pays far less on low-margin retail. Do good medicine, and the compensation follows.
