Part-Time Veterinarian Join Our Wonderful Team at Burns Court Veterinary Care Burns Court Veterinary Care is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our independently owned, one-doctor practice. We are a small, Fear Free ™ -focused hospital dedicated to providing exceptional medicine while building lasting relationships with our clients and patients. What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive compensation No corporate pressure or production quotas Supportive, experienced, and collaborative team Fear Free ™ -focused patient care Fully equipped modern practice using electronic medical records Positive work-life balance Employee pet discount Continuing education allowance (based on position) Responsibilities Perform wellness and sick patient examinations Interpret diagnostic results, diagnose illness and develop treatment plan Diagnose and develop treatment plans Perform routine surgeries and dentistry (preferred but not required) Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients Maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with our veterinary technicians and client service team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality medicine Fear Free certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified) Having a DEA license is preferred About Burns Court Veterinary Care We are a proud locally woman-owned, small-animal practice where every patient is treated like family.
