Starting at $130,000+ annually (plus production incentives)Position OverviewA well-established, privately owned, multi-location small animal veterinary practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team in the Tampa, Florida area. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking a supportive environment with strong mentorship, advanced medical resources, and an excellent work-life balance.

ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals.

Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and client education.

Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate effectively with pet owners.

Collaborate with veterinarians, credentialed veterinary technicians, and support staff.

Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Practice evidence-based medicine while delivering exceptional patient care.

Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

QualificationsDVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.

Active Florida Veterinary License (or ability to obtain before start date).New graduates are encouraged to apply.
