Job Description

Associate Veterinarian - 4-Day Week | $200K+ Potential | Atlanta, GA Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced associate veterinarian to join our busy, growing small animal practice in Atlanta. This is a great opportunity for a confident, efficient doctor who wants to stay busy, practice high-quality medicine, and earn strong income in a privately owned practice. What You'll Get Established, high-demand caseload (30+ new clients/month) Strong, experienced support staff Clinical autonomy there is no corporate oversight Efficient, well-managed schedule This is not a low-volume practice — the right candidate will have the opportunity to produce at a high level immediately. Schedule 4-day work week 90-minute protected lunch Every 3rd Saturday rotation Monthly 3-day weekend Dedicated surgery day with lighter schedule Our doctors are highly productive within a 4-day schedule, allowing for strong income without a 5-day clinical workload.
Compensation Base salary:
$140,000-$160,000 + production (ProSal) Top-performing associates earn $200K+ $10,000 signing bonus Compensation rewards consistent, high-quality production Revenue share opportunity after 3 years Surgical & Growth Opportunities Opportunity to learn and perform TightRope procedures Exposure to orthopedic and advanced soft tissue surgery Surgical mentorship available (not a new graduate training role) Requirements DVM or equivalent Licensed or eligible in Georgia 2+ years of clinical experience (no new graduates) Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry Able to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health and dental insurance (50% employer-paid) 120 hours PTO annually $2,500 CE allowance + 3 CE days Licensing and dues covered 401(k) with 3% match Our Approach We value thoughtful, patient-centered care and strong client relationships. $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
