A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Sandy Springs, Atlanta is seeking a full-time, boarded or residency-trained Veterinary Radiation Oncologist to join our growing team.

The services and specialties offered at our Sandy Springs location include 24/7 emergency medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging and radiology, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, radiation oncology, radiation therapy, radioiodine I-131 hyperthyroidism treatment, and surgery. We also offer several advanced diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities including an MRI, 16-slice helical CT scanner, linear accelerator, fluoroscopy, gamma camera, I-131 therapy, laparoscopic surgery, flexible and rigid endoscopy, lithotripsy, and CO2 laser. We also have a commercial diagnostic laboratory in-house with a clinical pathologist present. Perks to living inAtlanta :
