This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step into clinical leadership while remaining hands-on with patients. About the Practice This well-established small animal hospital has built an exceptional reputation within the local community for delivering compassionate, evidence-based veterinary care. As an AAHA-accredited hospital for more than 25 years, the practice consistently maintains the highest standards across patient care, surgery, diagnostics, anesthesia, and client service. The hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, with services including: Preventative and wellness medicine Puppy and kitten care Senior pet health programs Internal medicine Advanced diagnostic testing Digital radiography Dental radiography Soft tissue surgery Dentistry Pain management Dermatology Nutritional and behavioral consultations Urgent care services In-house laboratory diagnostics Specialist consultation support when required The support team is built to allow veterinarians to practice efficiently and focus on patient care. You'll work alongside experienced veterinary assistants, registered veterinary technicians, dedicated client service representatives, and an experienced hospital management team that understands the importance of supporting its doctors. The Opportunity As Lead Veterinarian, you will play an important role in both the clinical and operational success of the hospital.
