In this role, you'll provide veterinary care and leadership across our multiplication, commercial sow, and wean-to-finish farms, developing and implementing innovative health strategies, biosecurity protocols, and responsible antibiotic programs. You'll work closely with production teams to assess herd health, train caretakers, and ensure compliance with all animal welfare and safety standards. This hands-on position requires regular farm visits, collaboration with the production leadership team, and proactive problem-solving to improve animal health and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate will hold a DVM with swine production experience, thrive in dynamic farm environments, and be committed to ethical, high-quality care. Full-time with regular travel, this role offers the opportunity to influence herd health from the individual animal to system-wide level.
