The Hospital This established, community-focused hospital is known for compassionate care, a relaxed and supportive team culture, and client-friendly workflows. The facility is spacious and accessible, with convenient parking and thoughtful design for smooth patient flow, recovery, and boarding. A broad range of services is provided, including preventive care, dentistry, internal medicine, surgery, and therapeutic options. The team includes veterinarians, credentialed technicians, and veterinary assistants who work together to deliver efficient, high-quality care. The hospital features an in-house laboratory, onsite pharmacy, digital radiography, ultrasound, dedicated surgical and recovery areas, therapeutic laser, and boarding/kennel accommodations. Client hours run six days a week with Saturday availability, supported by systems for same-day appointments and short wait times. Location Bellevue, Idaho offers small-town charm in the Wood River Valley with quick connections to Hailey, Ketchum, and the Sun Valley resort area. It blends historic character with easy access to outdoor recreation, regional transit, and family-friendly amenities.

  • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnostics, and medical workups
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of preventive, medical, dental, and surgical cases
  • Conduct surgical and dental procedures as desired, with support from a skilled team
  • Interpret imaging and laboratory findings to guide treatment plans
  • Provide clear, compassionate client communication and education
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to controlled substance protocols
  • Collaborate in daily rounds and support efficient, same-day appointment workflows
  • Promote low-stress handling and a calm, patient-centered experience
  • Assist with urgent care cases when needed Requirements
  • DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
  • License to practice veterinary medicine in Idaho (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain and maintain)
  • 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice
  • Strong clinical skills; surgical and dental proficiency preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable with moderate physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds
