What You Can Expect:
Full-time employment with gradual caseload independence Dual mentorship model: on-site hospital mentor + national mentorship team Hands-on learning with real-time case support and guidance A nationwide cohort of peers for ongoing connection and support Flexible start dates
Who We're Looking For:
New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location) Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $100,000 - $125,000 All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave Relocation assistance available CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE Paid VIN, AVMA, and Plumb's memberships Life in Pekin, IL Pekin, Illinois, offers a comfortable small-town atmosphere with a strong sense of community and a relatively affordable cost of living.
