Arlington Animal Clinic, part of the independently owned Middlesex Veterinary Group, is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, multi-doctor team. Located just outside Boston, Arlington Animal Clinic has proudly served our community since 1975. We practice comprehensive small animal medicine with a focus on preventive care, dentistry, surgery, and building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. We also see exotic patients, providing an opportunity for veterinarians interested in expanding their experience in exotic medicine. Our doctors work a 4-day work week with no regular evenings or weekends, giving you time to enjoy life outside of the hospital.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a veterinarian who values excellent medicine, strong client communication, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture. Experience is preferred but not required. We welcome new graduates and provide mentorship from experienced veterinarians who are available to collaborate, answer questions, and support your growth as a clinician. Candidates should have a DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts. DEA and other applicable licenses can be obtained during employment.
