As Medical Director, you may participate in a structured co-ownership model with meaningful equity and defined participation in performance and growth. You lead the medicine. VPP provides operational, financial, HR, recruiting, and marketing support so you can focus on clinical excellence and team development. VPP supports more than 190 hospitals nationwide and over 200 doctor partners, including more than 100 first-time veterinary owners.
