What You'll Do Provide urgent care evaluation and treatment for same-day and walk-in patients Work closely with a skilled technical and support team Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding diagnosis and treatment plans Utilize advanced diagnostics including digital radiology, ultrasound, and full in-house lab services Collaborate with specialists across the BluePearl network as needed, including on-demand access to boarded criticalists Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with quarterly production bonus (25%, no negative accrual) 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans Parental leave benefits Annual CE stipend + continuing education opportunities Free
